About Me

My name is Brynne, and I am recent college graduate and newlywed who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease during my senior year. Celiac Disease is a condition that damages the lining of the small intestine and prevents it from absorbing parts of food that are important for staying healthy. The damage is due to a reaction to eating gluten, which is found in wheat, barley, rye, and possibly oats.

I decided to start a blog to document my journey of learning to manage a gluten-free lifestyle. I am an former Division I college swimmer, so being an athlete my entire life has definitely caused me to develop a love for food, especially carbs! This blog will talk about my diagnosis, the struggles I face day-to-day, the gluten-free recipes I find, the restaurants I visit that are in compliance with a gluten-free lifestyle and so much more.

I am learning to love the gluten-free lifestyle, and I want to help you love it too!

  1. Hey Brynne! Thanks for liking my instagram photo which led me to you here now. ๐Ÿ™‚ Although I do not have Celiac Disease, I found out last year I’m sensitive to gluten, so I am leading a gluten-free lifestyle too. I really like the name of your blog and the topics you write about! I’m very excited to meet you here and look forward to more of your posts! ๐Ÿ™‚ Cheers, Violet
